We offer very competitive prices, but can alleviate many of the hassles in dealing with a Chinese company. Our USA office will assist with any communication issues that may arise, answer questions during USA business hours, consolidate freight and handle all importing/customs issues when necessary, and handle payments.

Q1: Are you the manufacturer or trade company? A: Both are. We have our own factory. We have been engaged in this field for more than 5 years.So factory price can be kept for our customers. And the quality for products & after service are better than others.
Q2: How can I get your price of the product? A: Please feel free to contact me on trade manager online or send us an inquiry, telling us your specific demands and custom needs, then we can design the blueprint and configure the price and get more information for you.
Q3: What's your best price? A: Due to our products have a quite wide price range for different types and different customized requirements. So contact us freely, we will be happy to give you a quotation after receiving your detailed requirements.
Q4: Can I get a free sample? A: Sure. And sample in stock for quality test is available, you will just need to pay for its shipping fee.
Q5: How long is the sample LEAD TIME? A: For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
Q6: What is your MOQ? A: Usually our MOQ for new customized type is 500 pcs per design. Also, 100 pcs is tolerable, but just need a little bit higher unit price.
Q7 : How much the transportation freight will be? A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
